Q: Can I become a Fire Fighter?

A: Yes, if you are 16 or older you can apply for membership. Call or stop by and get an application! Also, for more information stop by our homepage and click under “Join NHVFD”.

Q: What if I am interested in helping, but do not want to be a Fire Fighter?

A: We have a number of positions that can be filled without participating in Fire Fighting. Some of these positions include: Driver, Fire Police, Mechanic, Finance, etc.

Q: Do I have to live in Hampton Township to join?

A: No, as long as you live in a surrounding township and have a reasonable response time.

Q: What kind of calls do you respond to?

A: We respond to any type of call that is dispatched to us some include, fires of any kind, vehicle accidents, odor investigations, storm calls.

Q: Why was no one at your station when I stopped by?

A: We are an all volunteer station. We are not staffed and rely on our members to respond when a call is dispatched. If you need to contact us please call us or stop by on a Tuesday night while we are training.

Q: Where are you located?

We have two locations. Our Main Station is located on North Pioneer road just behind the Eat n’ Park. Our Sub-Station is located on Wildwood Road Ext.
